Job1USA is happy to report that we are implementing a new online timesheet application in order to enhance the time collection process. This new application will make it more convenient for you to submit your time using any digital device (computer, tablet, smart phone). Not all employees will be affected, depending on how time is collected at your individual assignment.

Those of you who will be responsible to enter your time into the new system, will receive an email from Welcome@Job1CAREERS.com containing a username, password, and the link to access our new timekeeping application (Please be sure to add the email address to your safe senders list). Each subsequent week you will receive email(s) from this address reminding you to enter and submit your time by the required deadline for approval.

Employees Only: If you have had a change of address within the past year, please verify that your current address is in our system for us to mail your 2016 W-2 tax information. You can do this by logging into this page and checking the address listed there. If you need to update the information, please fill out the W-2 Address Update Form to send the new information to us.

Any W-2 address information should be updated before January 20, 2017 to ensure proper mail delivery.
